In this photo we see a Nooteboom EURO-96-04 (P) low loader from Gebr.van 't Hek from Beemster. The year of construction of this trailer is 2017 and the loading capacity of this 4-axle low-loader is over 73 tons. The trailer has an Ecodrie 35-20 foundation machine from Kuipers from Lemmer.

This company is also a subsidiary of Gebr.van 't Hek.

This photo clearly shows that there are 4 wheels on each swing axle and in this configuration there are a total of about 32 wheels. All axles can be lifted separately and all axles steer.
