Exceptional transport is prohibited in Belgium from Saturday 6:00 am to Monday 9:00 am on motorways and from Saturday 6:00 am to Monday 6:00 am on other roads.

No exceptional transport may be carried out in Belgium on public holidays. This prohibition is about 4:00 pm the day before the holiday and lasts until 9:00 am on motorways and until 6:00 am on the other roads, the day after the holiday. This ban applies to the following holidays: January 1, Easter Monday, May 1, Our Lord's Ascension, Pentecost Monday, July 21, August 15, November 1, November 11 and December 25.

Exceptional transports must be carried out in Germany between 09:00 am and Monday Friday 3:00 pm.

A driving ban applies on weekends. Exception can be granted in exceptional cases. A driving ban applies

all day on public holidays.It is possible to deviate strongly from the above driving times per region in Germany. In an incidental exemption, the appendix describes exactly which restrictions and conditions apply per region.
